Summer Pictures...Part 3

You can't take for granted the times they play together nicely...

Claire was so curious about this potgut, and the potgut was just as curious about her...probably because she had food stuck to her. And yes that's really what it's called, at least in Utah.

And another star is born....she must take after Liam...and Grace....and Luke.

Favorite Summer Pictures...Part 2

We went to the Highland City splash pad a few times this summer...great for the little kids and I don't have to worry so much about kids drowning since there isn't an actual pool. AND....it's free, and you can't beat that.

So my latest thing since we got our new camera...let me amend...since I bought Adam a new camera that I use...is to take pictures of food...

it doesn't move and usually it's beautiful to look at. This was Grace's birthday cake that she got to decorate herself.

Grace turns 6!

Liams turns 4!

Luke is constantly reading, which one of my friends was like "Why are you complaining?" and I'm NOT...well not really. When ALL he does is read, and doesn't listen, etc., then it gets annoying. But I can't really complain because he is exactly like me when I was his age. Although he hasn't been caught YET reading under the sheets with a flashlight.

By the way, I have no idea how many parts there are going to be to my favorite summer pictures...probably at least ten. I am working in chunks...

Favorite Pictures from the Summer...Part 1

These are all from our fun 4th of July neighborhood party. Once again, the weather was crazy this year, it was FREEZING and windy so the kids were bundled up. But it was sunny so we got some great pictures. We had pancakes and orange juice and the kids got their faces painted and played games and got balloon animals.

This one is slightly fuzzy but I love the face.

Random Pictures from the End of the Year That Don't Go Together At All But I Need to Remember....

And....these would be in reverse order of how I wanted them but HECK! I am not complaining, just getting these pictures on here is a task in itself.

Taken May 23rd...yes the end of May, a week before school let out. The weather this year was WEIRD.

And my wonderful, smart, talented son who finally got to be Student of the Month because he actually attended all the days in one month without being sick! Amazing! (With 4 kids we tend to be sick quite a bit around here in case you didn't know.)

and....Claire is waking up so that's it! Good memories.....

Take a Breath...

Finally I feel like I can take a breath, at least for a moment! The kids are off to school today, I can't believe how big they are getting. And no kindergarten this year which means I am not at the bus stop a million times a day. We had a fun summer but I do love the routine of school. And my preschool starts in less than two weeks. Hopefully I will get summer pictures posted but for now I am starting fresh! Back to blogging....when I have time!
